Job Role

As an International Telecalling Associate, you will communicate with international customers, explain company services, schedule meetings, and help convert potential leads into clients. The role requires excellent spoken English, confidence, and experience in handling overseas customers.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Contacting international leads through phone calls.
• Communicating confidently in English.
• Following up through calls, emails, and Google Meet.
• Explaining company services and resolving customer queries.
• Maintaining accurate customer and lead records.
• Building long-term relationships with prospective clients.
• Scheduling meetings with interested customers.
• Working closely with internal teams to improve lead conversion.
• Ensuring professional communication throughout the sales process.

Shift Timings

Candidates can choose from the following shifts:

Part-Time Shift

• 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Full-Time Shift

• 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international telecalling.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
