Job Role
As a Procure to Pay Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing invoice processing activities, maintaining financial accuracy, supporting procurement operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
You will work with various invoice management systems such as SAP VIM, COUPA, EDI, and automation tools to process supplier invoices efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately
- Working on SAP VIM, COUPA, and EDI platforms
- Ensuring invoices are processed within defined SLAs
- Applying sanctioned vendor compliance controls
- Resolving invoice correction requests
- Supporting urgent invoice postings
- Performing vendor reconciliations
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Responding to stakeholder queries professionally
- Maintaining high accuracy while processing financial data
- Supporting automation initiatives and e-invoicing tools
- Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Monitoring payment KPIs and invoice processing metrics
- Creating documentation for process improvements
- Training and onboarding new team members
- Ensuring SOx compliance and financial controls
- Collaborating with internal finance and procurement teams
Eligibility Criteria
